Making of DNA Biosensors in Iran and diagnosis of leukemia less than 20 minutes
Fars Foundation News Agency: researchers of Isfahan Industry University have succeeded in designing and manufacturing of leukemia DNA Biosensors based on Nano particles of modified gold that less than 20 minutes can identify this disease based on specific sequences of leukemia genes factor .
Dr. Ali Asghar Ensafi member of chemistry faculty in Isfahan Industry University about process of chronic blood cancer in Biosensors DNA, said: In this Biosensors, isolated DNA single strand of chronic blood cancer disease’s factor and placed on surface of gold Nano particles of gold that this single-stranded DNA can quickly detect its couple in blood sample of diseases.
